Do ‘Third Country Nationals’ have the same rights in EU Law as EU Citizens?

It’s a little complicated (for example, are they family members of an EU citizen for the purpose of EU Law?) but, in simple terms, Third Country Nationals (or non-EU Citizens) do not have EU free movement rights to live, reside, travel or visit the 27 EU Countries. To the largest extent – all non-EU migration is controlled by the EU Member State – not the EU.
